Order received, we submit DFM within 1-2days, DFM approved by customer, mold 3D design by UG, some project with problem of filling, we are making Moldflow analysis to helps in optimize cooling, filling and gate design. While with risk of deformation, we are making pre-bending for analysis. High productivity and stable production molds are from our experience and innovative ideas.
UG is our key software for mold design and manufacturing. Data transfer we could work with stp, We Use 2D and full 3D design for complex products. And split and create 3D part drawing. We also use of advanced software simulation flow analysis to ensure the rationality of mold design
