Fides Global Link (FGL) was founded in 2017 in Shenzhen, China, integrating German engineering precision standards with the efficiency and scalability of Asian manufacturing. From this starting point, the company has grown into a vertically integrated network serving a wide range of customer needs, comprising two production plants in Guangdong, a mold design and filling analysis partner in Pune, India, and direct contacts for customers in Europe and North America.

Specializing in precision mold manufacturing, Fides offers a comprehensive suite of end-to-end solutions for global clients, encompassing 2K molds, precision component molds, insert molds, and single & multi-cavity molds, serving the automotive, home appliance, consumer electronics, and medical device industries. Core services span precision mold-making, plastic injection molding, custom jigs & fixtures, non-standard part machining, and automation R&D.

Green Sun
Focused on precision molds, equipped with high-speed CNC and EDM machining centers (accuracy up to 0.005mm), and comprehensive in-house inspection capabilities including CMM, optical measurement, and 2.5D measurement equipment, as well as laser marking.
Plant 2
KY-Tool
Responsible for middle-size mold and injection molding production, equipped with 3-axis CNC machines with a max stroke of 1200×2000mm, EDM lines, and 35 Fanuc injection molding machines (ranging from 100t to 1000t) for mold trials and production molding. Together, the two plants cover the complete workflow from design and CNC/EDM machining to quality inspection, injection molding, and warehousing.

Formed a strategic partnership with KY-Tool; built a 3,500 m² production facility staffed by 60 skilled professionals, boosting annual mold manufacturing capacity to 150 sets.

Expansion
Expanded global service footprint, launching an after-sales support center in Germany and a dedicated mold design & flow analysis division in India.

Goal Achieve
Acquired GreenSun, a premium high-precision tooling specialist, enabling us to achieve ±0.005mm machining tolerance for ultra-precision molds; concurrently opened a new after-sales hub in Mexico to strengthen regional client support.
