6 nozzle cold runner system with a 24 cavities rubber injection mold
FGL could win the trust of the customer to develop and manufacture a 6 nozzles cold runner system together with a 24 cavities rubber injection mold for full automatic production after prototype mold.
Research result shows this was not done before in China.
The cold runner is an open system which designed to be cleaned on the machine. The runner can be complete heated upon to 220 degree and vulcanized rubber can be taken out of the cold runner system. That make it easy to change the color or the type of rubber. One more advantage of our design is, this system can pull out the rubber with our mold, if need to check the nozzle working properly.
