We do not relay only on DFM, design review, CMM Report, checking of mold parts and samples according to the ISO. We like to make sure our customer have a benefit from working with us, to get a mold which is able to work reliable in production with a stable process.
Therefore we focus on the try out and testing of the mold in stable conditions. After each mould test we disassemble the mould to make sure that we detect all weakness and potential risk for the production customer side. Our customer are always informed about the status of the mold evaluation and quality level.
